Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized home fixtures.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
